DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE CANDLES
If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will gladly replace. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you, on us!
We hope you allow your new Scents by 2Morrow to help you create the aromatic euphoria you desire. However, we understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you.
If you would like to exchange an unused candle for a different fragrance, please contact us for instructions on how to return your candle and select a new scent. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
Exchanges must be sent back to the Scents by 2Morrow studio within 15 days of receiving your order. We'll ship your chosen fragrance back for free!
